T2 CURVED BELT is our unique design belt built primarily around human anatomy to provide maximum comfort and a solid base for toolbelt pouches. The curved shape mimics your hipbone profile — once wrapped around your body it delivers very uniform pressure that won't dig into your waist.
Comes in two width versions, multiple length options and three liner options to best suit your needs.
REGULAR version — 12cm (5")
LIGHT version — 10cm (4")
LINER
WOOL FELT liner is the perfect material for toolbelts. Natural wool felt is very durable, breathable, does not absorb moisture and has antibacterial properties. Over time it moulds to your body shape and provides excellent cushioning compared to synthetic materials. Recommended for full sized toolbelts and heavy use.
3D MESH liner is a lighter and cooler option. Due to its thick, soft structure it increases comfort and breathability while making the toolbelt lighter than WOOL FELT. Recommended for lighter, accessory based setups or for use in hot and humid climates.
FULL CORDURA is the classic, hard-wearing solution.

CHOOSING THE CORRECT SIZE
Belt sizes shown are the padded belt length — the actual webbing belt is longer and easily adjustable. Measure your waist where you want the belt to sit, wearing minimal layers. We recommend choosing a size 10–15cm (4–6") smaller than your waist measurement.

What is T2?
T2 is our custom-made range — pouches built to your exact specification with your choice of fabric, webbing colour, and configuration. Lead time is longer than T1 as each piece is made to order. If you want a pre-made, ready-to-ship pouch, that's our T1 range.
What does the dominant side mean?
Dominant side is determined by your dominant hand, whether you are RIGHT-HANDED or LEFT-HANDED. Generally with your dominant hand you pick up a hammer and use it to write.
Does this pouch include a belt?
No. Pouches are sold separately from the belt. If you need a belt, add the TruGear Curved Belt to your order. It's available in five sizes and is designed to work as a system with all TruGear pouches.
How long does shipping take?
T2 items are made to order. Lead time is approximately 20 weeks from order confirmation. Delivery time after shipping depends on your region.
Do I pay VAT or import fees?
EU orders include VAT at checkout. For orders outside the EU, we charge only for shipping — your country may charge import duties, VAT, or customs fees on delivery, payable by you.
What is the warranty?
All T2 pouches come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, applicable to the original owner. The warranty covers faulty manufacturing — not mechanical wear, physical damage, or chemical exposure. Read our full warranty policy.
